The Gio Torpedo Kids Electric ATV is recommended for kids aged 6 to 9 and has a 1000 watt engine powered by a 36V12AH lead acid battery which full charges in 4 to 5 hours. Â It has a top speed of 30 km/hr with a chain transmission system with forward, neutral and reverse. For safety, the Torpedo comes equipped with a 3 speed governor (low, medium, high) that can be only be adjusted by a separate key, that way the child won’t be able to alter which speed the quad is in. The Torpedo is equipped with front and rear brakes for quick stopping and a 60 kg load capacity with 6 inch tires.
